Roof Matching for Patio Covers

A patio cover, sunroom, or screen room may be attached to your existing home. In these cases you'll probably want the roof of your new addition to match your home and look as though it were part of the original construction. This provides both aesthetic value while you live in your home and ads to the real value if you should decide to sell your home.
Roof matching can also be applied to patio covers, sunrooms, and screen rooms that are not attached to your home. Although the structure may be located on a separate part of your property, or in the garden, it can look as though it was built as part the original construction when the roof matches your home.
Whatever type of roof your existing home has, at Lone Star, we can probably match it. This is not always required but you might ask your Lone Star estimator to include this option for consideration.
